Author should have at least made the skills MC copy start from level 1.
Getting maxed out skills from handshakes is just WAY too easy.

Why not meet in a dark parking garage. Make it sound even more conspicuous.
Tho the tanker probably is so syked about the skill card he’s not even thinking about how suspicious it is that he asked for a handshake as part of the deal, rather than framing it as if it’s to “seal the deal”, as an agreement.
