mc will be weak at the start considering the ‘worst’ skill is doubling a certain stat so everyone will think mc is weak because he has nothing special then all of a sudden he can double all his stats and more. Anyway it seems like mc can steal anything. Many manga hwa huas with this plot but its usually “steal” something but this its better its not limited to skills. Also im pretty sure the third C rank and above person will probably be s rank
