Oh no, it’s the evil organisation that is obviously in the right, but randomly kills puppies and civilians so you know their the bad guys!
Seriously. If you remember the first chapter, you know non-martial artists can’t hold public office or start a business. And if you’re not genetically blessed or have parents that can afford expensive suppliments, you’ll never be one.
Sucks for you, but if you work hard, you can afford all the suppliments your children need to become martial artists in your stead! Or you would, if there wasn’t a bias towards martial artists in the job market (as pointed out in chapter 1 and literally every person with a good job being a martial artist).
The bias means martial artists are very likely to hold good positions, whilst non-martial artists are very likely to not. They can’t even start a business to sidestep the whole job market. This means martial artists can afford suppliments, whilst non-martial artists likely cannot.
But it gets even worse.
Since martial artists have all the power, whether it’s violence, money, or authority through their positions, they decide the rules. Martial artists collect taxes and give out subsidies, martial artists control every company, every city, every institution, for the benefit for who else but the martial artists. They control everything.
And even if there’s a genetic miracle that wants to overturn the system, without millions for suppliments, they aren’t getting far.
