Uh, why are people expecting something major to happen?
Even in the main series and LN’s nothing all that major happens, just some adventures that are wrapped up with some new/old characters.
Expecting Human Samurai to be the possessed Demon King that kills Hero who gives her power to Goblin Slayer type of stuff…it’s not generic shounen, heh…
