uh oh cow girl, you have some competition.
Looks like the Minotaur was designed to be an exaggerated version of Cow Girl maybe as a pun. For those few who do not remember Cow Girl is the name of the girl at the farm he lives with.

I’ve always dislike the design of hoofed minotaurs. It’s just physically impossible for them to walk upright. The shape and size of feet (and of their tails if necessary) of upright standing animals, including humans are of great significance in achieving such a form.
Still I think this is the first boob-monster I’ve seen in Goblin Slayer, outclassing even the childhood friend and the lady mage with the speech-disorder.
She carries around mmmasive mmmetal axe! 
NGL, I was sooo looking forward to seeing him being ready unload on a bunch of Goblins at the end of this chapter and beginning of the next chapter. The fact it instead took the time to actually provide details on the carriage and introduce the crew before the trip was something I totally forgot needed to happen, and it is so necessary for the story’s pacing that I’m happy I was wrong. (T.T)
Ah yes, the massive…battle axe.
Although he should probably be concerned about her outfit at least a little, if that isn’t goblin bait, i don’t know what is.
The driver is gray? What? A cameo?
This chapter had some of the best internal dialogue in the series by far, both in terms of humor and character development 
The young man speaks of the massive battle axe, yet his gaze lingers on her chest.
Ensure your priorities are in, young man.
What I tell you. It is the Bard…..
God there’s a lot going on right now… a lot of massive things and is that the sword maiden?
He looks like a foot soldier drafted in a war
