She became a ‘god’. that ring was meant for goblin slayer to guide him to his fate of becoming a god. The god of goblin slaying. he will go to the green moon and turn it red with the blood of goblins. she isn’t a great god but definitely ascended to the next level

She was constantly sorting cards that were similar to Magic the Gathering. She also mentioned planeswalking when he mentioned Goblins came from the moon in a thoughtful way. In Magic the Gathering a “Spark” is required to become a Planeswalker. She got one from the Ring he brought her and she Planeswalked for the first time in the tower. This author takes a lot of inspiration from Hasbro games such as Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering for this Manga so the reference fits but only slightly modified to fit with the pseudo cosmology that was developed for the story.
