did the original author just give up on this and gave it to some ghostwriter on fiverr to write in his name? Because it started out okay but then devolved
The author did not have to add that low af backstory to a side cha like this 
It was a pretty sudden 180 oh his character development. No build up or investment so no real pay off. Good idea just poorly executed.
What bullshit. There was no trace of redeeming qualities before, and now you make him a complicated character before he die. Yeah you failed with me to get an emotional response
I like how a lot of characters are morally grey in the sense that they do this because they have to and aren’t just comidically evil. I feel like this is a pretty realistic depiction of what people would be like if they were really stuck in this type of game.
