So he was like 30 in his original body? I think his body is constantly renewing itself to his original age since his soul swapped. That could maybe explain his insane regeneration

So apparently he is healing fast because his metabolism is too fast. So he is aging fast as well.
One thing though, that should trigger a higher intake of food to compensate. Anyway…
