1)world altering happenings
2)parents die(this one is 50/50 across manga’s)
3)weak MC gets the most over powered skill
4)Loli
5)sister has incurable sickness
6)lead female stalker(but this is only chapter 6)
It’s not the best plot, actually its kind of bad, but I can still enjoy it nonetheless. Hopefully this story gets better.
