Sure the situation and the rabbit is shady as all hell, but considering the MC’s life at that point I’d leap at any chance for a different and more exciting life. Sure it might be a short one but he has no relatives around, obviously has no friends or love life and can just cut weeds all day while his money is drained dry by shady corporation providing “services”. Sometimes (actually often) these MC’s are way too spineless and indecisive.
*Uaaah* Soooooooo boring. Seriously, why the hell do all these stories have exactly the same plot? It’s really hard to find good stories.
Rabits as agents… and MC Alice alias Karen got used because out of options. I wonder if manga writers are masochists. Writing this stuff must been even more pain than reading it.
