Depends, resurrection mage can be ethically fine, same for necromancy or fire magic.
Necromancy is just shamanism, you can use mutual contracts as much as use poisonous and corrosive magic to bind souls. Its only as evil as you use it, like fire magic.

The twist here is that sensei is really the demon lord trying to recover her lost power from her previous life. Or maybe she is part of a dark wizard cult and sees the MC as an apostle.
