pirate looking guy is inciting an uprising in Baselland which will ultimately fail. However the civilians who rioted will be used as martyrs and, through the pressure of the press and the people, a new law will be created that inhibits military growth in Baselland and will probably strain relations with Weiburg. This will cause Weiburg to invade and claim easy victory and expand its territory. pirate guy rly does just wanna expand the empire
