I’ve never understood in the manga why these dummies pause the fight to stand and run their mouths instead of piling on the damage or taking the game ending shot. SO much, TOO much frikkin monologuing and yapping, its frustrating. Watch ANYONE actually in a fight, a REAL fight, there is no talking, just a lot of breathing grunting with exertion and gunfire. the second someone starts talking, thats when you end them, because they aren’t concentrating on the fight, and just went off-balance, mentally.
