Not entirely surprised. Katharina’s a bit of a simpleton with her approach; she’s obsessed with showing how strong she is, and thinks that powering through is the best and only way to make your way. Meanwhile the others cater directly to the needs of the Guild, what is good for the welfare of the people and the territory, and focus on efficiency. If she’s trying to restore her house and reclaim their former title, then this only shows she’s not fit to be head of that kind of household.
