From that convo, Raquel needs to do something. As frontline, having good defense is a good approach, but from what she said, she is over-burdening herself.
Game terms, she gave attention to defense, but the heavy equipment is imposing penalties on her dexterity, agility, maybe even her strength, and definitely her stamina. If her body can’t adapt, she’ll just collapse one day, and won’t be any good to anyone. Lighter gear which makes better use of her natural qualities and won’t be a burden would be a very good idea.
