Who puts a banana under the strap of … well anything? It would just get squished and smear all over (and if it didn’t it would be brown, gooey, and gross)! Not to mention, really, under a messenger bag? Not like _IN_ the bag? What is the point if you don’t use it. Oh wait, that describes most of the MC.
