That’s what happens when you get old. When I was in my 20’s I lived in downtown Los Angeles and there was a place that had tacos al pastor. They had one of those big spindles that they use for gyros but they’d carve off enough pork for your order and fry it a second time to make it extra crispy, then add some avocado and fresh onions and that was your taco… I’ve had so many versions of Al Pastor but nobody in my area even comes close. I wonder if I went back to LA would they even taste the same.
As an Italian I can confirm that minestrone dose not look that good
