My favourite patisserie does that, too. Sells out hours before they close.
I wish they’d hire more people so they could increase their inventory, but it’s a semi-retired couple who run it and they don’t want to spend the time and energy to increase the staff or the hours or how much they make. OTL I’m going to be so sad when they retire for good!
