I’ll admit, this is getting boring. There’s just zero character development anymore. No one-on-one chats with the MC and someone else, no arguments, nothing. Remember when the MC was a servant, and Cecil rode on his back?
They used to have a relationship of some sorts and it literally just dissolved the moment they went to school. She’s pretty much a background character now.
The battle, after battle, after battle thing isn’t doing it for me. I even got through the horrible translations. They’re much better now, but nowhere near as good as the beginning, and that definitely contributes to making this feel more soulless.
The author made a huge mistake making the MC reveal he was already 35 in his past life & has all his memories. Should have had him grow up to be 16 so at least flirting between him and girls in the crew would be ethical, despite the actual age gap, and not have him reveal his past life.
