Genji’s got a point. Not on the whole woman thing, of course, but when speaking of skills. Being great at cutting a target doesn’t mean you’re a fighter; mental fortitude, tactics, quick thinking, none of that has to do with how strong you are or how cleanly you can behead someone. Reminds me of Seki-sensei, a master swordsman, explaining on youtube how focusing on the skills to cut tatami mats could actually lead you to lose skills needed for complex swordsmanship.
