I love this shit. Despite power-ups they keep the struggle and find tactics all while evolving mid-fights. It’s intense, the information is compact in the sense they don’t “smear” the chapters and mostly show what’s relevant. Even the irrelevant moments are relevant (Used the bathing chapter as an excuse for exposition and a resting place for the characters instead of fan-servicing us or stalling time)

Reading this after watching s2 episode 6, i cant believe how much source material they removed from this episode. Especially for not giving us gabimaru’s “revival”, since they instead left the part where he was losing conciousness.
