Not to take away from her skillset but that barrier must have really done a number on his body if he lost that easily.
ahhh we needed the mc to be weakened and then slowly recover his power when the plot demands it
So everybody seems pretty touchy about him being nerfed, but… that’s not really the problem here.
She herself was getting angry at the doc that there’s clearly something still wrong with him, to then challenge him to an all out duel where she doesn’t hold back, at all, the very next day? Wtf kind of storytelling is this?
