Okay after reading more it’s fine – the two nobles are expelled, and Sabbat is implied to have been jailed or otherwise criminally convicted. Since this is mostly fair and equal treatment – I think we can all agree on that, at least – then Helmut’s punishment is also acceptable.
Ah, so what you’re saying is that these two should be punished for using physical strength to oppress the physically weak, but clearly the nobles get off scot-free for using political strength to oppress the politically weak – what a fair and noble moral system!
The whole point of this manga is to prove that he isn’t a monster who can’t control his bloodlust and that he can’t kill anyone, but most of the solo leveling style manga readers here can’t grasp that and just want him to be the standard op mc and murder all his enemies.

So the teacher is saying be the “bigger” man by not engaging?
