If this is like tyranids or the zero, then they just need biomass right?
There’s no specific need for meat but just something to eat, and if they can evolve or upgrade their swarm since they are from a game, then outside of the game they don’t need to follow the game mechanics and the set code, then they could revamp the whole digestive system into an omnivore or self sufficient energy and waste recycling super body, but if they could do that then they could probably develope extremely deadly new variations of swarm or even develope an incredibly complex neural system and make it have literally 500 iq and give the “individuals” true individuality and sentience…
Ahem… anyway, if they could do this then there would probably already be super developed God creatures like the tyrants or zerog.
i have to admit i am confused why they need meat to feed them. there were so many before they had to have some sort of food supply where did that supply go? i get that they need meat to increase the number of spiders but why is food suddenly a massive issue
