lemme guess, when they ask for his power to be returned back that guy will most likely refuse saying something along the lines of: “Zero is already retired. This power can help alot of people and its a waste to not use it. Zero doesn’t deserve it because reasons. etc” or maybe he will get famous with that power and get arrogant or maybe he’ll get lots of expectations placed on him then after that power is taken he falls from his place then becomes a villain.
