For anyone who had trouble understanding. That isn’t her actual sister. We currently believe that it’s a monster that eats people and turns into them. Simply put, the monster (that took over a human body) was one of the fingers who helped kill yeon(the sister), took the body somewhere private, ate her, then took her body which includes her memories.
