What is the point to show the prices on everything ? Never mind that it’s a warehouse and not a shop so what is the deal with the prices there ?
His ability is too OP and also, make people envy. If there is survivors outside, he need to keep his ability hidden, only his trusted people allowed to know, only his trusted people allowed to enter. Maybe he can also make a guild with his subspace as their HQ, and every guild members need to pay mana stones to living inside his subspace because maintain the HQ will need 1 mana stones per 24 hours, but it’s not a losing deals because everything inside is infinite but with limited space, well maybe not much people survived outside. This type of ability is what every MMORPG players would love to have.

Throwing a aprox 3 kg axe at aprox 20m/s is about 60 Newtons of force, where a average punch is about 1000 N, and a trained athelet is about 2500-5000. Safe to say that swinging the axe is much more powerfull than shipping it. Also by using maximum amplitude rotation, you would 2x the force because angular velocity increases with the increase of radius, and the radius would be increased by adding the length on the axe to the length of the arm. Using a disc throwing technique but with a axe, and swinging instead of throwing, you could generate about 10000 N of force, which would be the equivalent of a car hitting something at full speed on the blade of an axe. E could even tape or connect multiple axe shafts to make a longer one and potentially increase that strength provided the weight and length increase don’t take away rotational speed. This is why you gotta stay in school, and learn maths, physics/stem. You never know when hacking the laws of nature might come in handy
I hope he attempted to take a mana gem from the orc. I also would have taken inventory of any flamable or combustable products, like propane tanks or hair spray products, gasoline, etcs.
