I would just say that I will go to a dungeon and put a fake dead body near the end and after a few days they would start searching for me find the dead body and I would just go to a different city and I wouldn’t be bullied
So the crime lord did fūcked around, now he’ll be finding out.
Will probably dig a tunnel under the restricting territory. Or setup transfer/teleport gates to the capital…. If it weren’t a manga, the feudal lord would wage war on the neighbor to secure access rights to trade routes. Maybe dig a tunnel through the mountains anyway to provide alternate route competition.

I can’t believe they sent 1 little girl, who is quick to cry and can’t even lie with a straight face, to stalk a person, presumed to be a skilled hero, and gather detailed information about him.. alone… and actually expected her to succeed.
I’m guessing her prior achievements were accomplished from 20% skill, 30% pity, and 50% dumb luck.
