shin is the real problem here. that kid loves to see his friends and all the discipline and effort they put into becoming stronger, but he himself won’t do it. he won’t take time to understand the pugilist’s mind. because if he did he’d understand that best friends can fight each other and take care of each other with violence, and with tenderness. but because he doesn’t understand the heart of his two warrior friends he just says ignorant shit to them that makes them feel bad.
