I’m thinking that the A.I. Creator had a failsafe option for the worst-case scenario where humans sort out things in a cold-hearted way.

My theory is that during the reconstruction of Hasty’s body, Grandma Dorothy not only revamped her internal structure but also likely installed some sort of sci-fi highspeed nanobot reconstruction system. Since Hasty has the option to repossess other android bodies its possible that with the Glynda? OS system, some nanobots also transfer over to reconstruct the physical body to transform them into capable super soldier androids as well.
