Now that MC would know the wazzap about the saintess, I would expect it that she would be met w/ something more creative innovative and sadistical way of punishment, cause death is just too boring now…

All this backstory stuff does not take change the fact that she mass murdered innocent people of MC’s country for her gain.
She murdered children ffs. Innocent children suffered horrible ends because she decided to poison them.
She deserves to be burned at a stake for her crimes… but by some logic, I bet the writer will decide to let her continue to live.

You remember those scenes from “”Despicable me”” where Gru tried infiltrating his enemy Vector Over the wall and got shot by like HUGE multiple machine Guns and lazers that kinda like magically appeared out from vector’s defense wall.
