This reminds me of one of those Chinese style Cultivation stories. The MC is selfish and has the easy solution to every problem while everyone around him is is incompetant.The characters “wealth” or convenient access to rare items constantly cause other people to overreact when they see them due to how rare they are and they solve most of his problems. Enemies quickly get embarassed by him and are either instantly destroyed in a humiliating way or live long enough to praise how great the MC is. Not a lot of dialogue or plot but they will constantly introduce and then subsequently forget attractive female characters. MC will act like a self-important Tyrant the whole story and be praised for it. The character will change the location he operates out of periodically to more important/powerful areas so he can show how awesome he is compared to new supposedly more powerful characters who are introduced as big shots only to be immediatly trivialized by the MC. Rinse/Repeat.
MC can’t catch a break. Cleared a dungeon, teleported across the continent, saves the snooty mages, now he has to use his knowledge acquired from heaven knows where to figure out even more
