Im gonna give a hint about this kind of “plot” SAO (sword art online) And .HACK Gave people the vision of metaverses as the final step for the entertainment industry. Movies, series, videogames, reality shows… etc can be one day conveyed through a single kind of software. This gave birth to a race of ideas and needs aimed to : Bigger servers, better data management technology (5g, Ai LLM). Now, many authors are creating the basis for a “World maker” curriculum. this is why all these comics have gaming systems, world set up where part of the population must go through events and quests… etc. They are already competing to see who will be taking the position of “writer” in a big tech company when the dawn of the metaverses comes.
I don’t know why some people call this good story, all I see is some basic story with system gimmick. But since the art is ok, then it’s mid, just need the fight art to be good tho, or else this is just another copy paste edit one line thing
