Okay, let say this, honestly, the characters in this Manga is weird, like…
How can they act like nothing happened even after seeing such brutalities happen right before their eyes, and how are they not questioning things like “why are their veins all visible and abnormally dark colored?”
What’s worse is that there’s a maggot all over the infected’s mouth with their eyes bulging out as if it’s about to fall off, maybe they’re just in awe or shocked suddenly that they couldn’t even react properly, but heck, that’s not it, their expressions shows that everything’s all normal like nothing happened lol.
