One creates beings and the other one revives them. Also, depends on the type of necromancy; for instance, in Solo Leveling is the opposite: Shadows do not have a physical form, they are the souls of the beings he revives. However, normally it’s something more akin to zombies or skeletons, but usually when the MC is the necromancer they do maintain their soul. They do not most of the time when the necromancer is not the MC as I stated earlier.

I finally figured it out from the first two panels. People in this world blink their eyes separately. It’s not that they are winking about everything, or even that the artist just can’t draw a second eye that looks like the first…they’re just blinking
