The 3 days to one hour does absolutely not match with the next chapter. It’s either 3:1 (more ‘understandable’ and match the next chapter) or they should have about 2 years of effective training (a week at 3 days per hour without need for eating or sleeping).

I honestly believe a polearm or mace/hammer would be the best since it’s much easier to get into and be effective and can be trained until you’re super effective.

so if 3 days is = to 1 hour.. (i’m no math genius)
then 366 days inside is = to 122 hours in real time? which is 5 days and 2 hours?
it’s similar to accel world (anime)
