Yea i would be quite spooked if my mild mannered kid suddenly becomes a battle manic at 10. Heavens even boxer’s have delays in their matches this is just bonkers.
he needs to practice killing them not just let the dad capture and get a kill plus the dad tied them to have control on the number of goblins fighting him ( why would his dad do something if the child has to learn how to fight)

I’m surprised that the dad is still letting him do all this and not doubt the sudden change in his son
I like the dedication, let’s hope he keeps focusing moving forward
