2 uses of the skill -> 12 hours cooldown -> 1 use -> 12 hours cooldown.
I wonder if they’ll just leave the first activation as a special case or if they’ll play loose with the cooldown later on.

I just hope chapter 4 absorbs a chapter from another dead series and becomes good…I guess it would have to go through a few cooldowns and absorptions to level up to good.
