There are various forms of talent, for instance the suspicious girl who knew his name? Idk but yes. He could make some story about having a talent to know structures of dungeons, and use it to the point it’s convincing

Mc is kinda retard, why didn’t he pick weapons from those monsters? I mean your first instinct when going to combat is to pick something longer and harder than your hand. You can’t really just sweep this under him being confused and panicked. Not to mention he knows he has sword talent.
