You feel for her. She genuinely loves her family (though for her family = race) and just wants to protect and care for them. This betrayal has to be utterly gut wrenching. It wouldn’t surprise me if it caused her to revert to becoming a Sin. It’s good that the MC assured her that only these few are traitors and the majority are probably loyal. I think MC might move up from #3 on her list to #1.
mc is the strongest n the weakest mage simultaneously

MC has two sides: 1. I’ll beat the shit out of yiu with my meager, very weak magic (not true, only from his perspective);
2. A good dad 
It has a lot of potential but the studio make it hard to consume
