And not just her it’s framed in a way where elves would stir up or further stoke conflicts just because they can’t write saga’s themselves.
If she really is the catalyst then she’ll get a new saga, one where elves faced geno-cide as reprisal from humans after generations of suffering from elves repeatedly engineering and carrying out such schemes.
Them failing would show that the author has the ability to put actual risk and be able to fulfill it
