Hold on a sec, He does?! bloody hell that means if someone isn’t doing continuous damage greater than bloody 20% of his health pool every second he’s basically invincible if you don’t put debuffs on him?
How the hell would that fly in an actual game? at his rank no less?!

then again, it might be powerful for his current stats but unless it’s an actual “percentage of health is healed per second” increase then it will quickly become irrelevant later on if he doesn’t increase it, especially at his rate of growth shown.
