i saw this coming when they were talking about dreams… always a death flag
i mean they’re young and all but with such a crisis, powerful monsters and what they’ve been told a hundred times + their original discipline i can’t believe the author choose to make them behave in such a suicidal way.
Well that’s only one of the numerous random things in this serie but it’s really frustrating to see them die a vain death which unfolded in total opposition with all we’ve seen about them until here.
Like all of this story was worth nothing to begin with, characters will simply continue to die or behave in illogical way only to make the scenario progress.
So all of them is going to die I guess?

Well it’s kind of their fault for sitting around together and having a raising death flags contest.
And that’s why they are called fodders… sadly only Damian is good among them(N rarity) due to that skill and exploit of MC
too soon man…
Every one here knew that they would die since the had some sudden character building and dreams before the war 😓 but still

So much for all that silver equipment and vampire killing classes, I guess. Maybe they wouldn’t have been so pathetic if they had just listened to their squad leader’s orders.
That said, I’d an entire party of silver equipped heroes, even if N class, couldn’t even take out just one vampire out of seven, and the entire army of non-hero soldiers was literally so worse than useless that it was better for them to withdraw from the battle instead of fight (and be healing potions for the vampires), I’m not sure what the intended path to victory was supposed to be. Mages bombarding the vampires AFTER the N squad went down like bitches, I guess? Lucas and Eva soloing the rest of the vampires after dealing with Alpha and Beta (and also after the N squad went down like bitches), maybe?

Sorry but there is no way that they just charged forward like that after all that discipline and planning and whatever. That’s such an odd and unfitting choice from the author.
