that was an SSR Shield? Feels like stupid writing to me
Why is a only third stage elite monster able to destroy a SSR item focused on defense after a few attacks? This isn’t hell level, it’s nightmare level. How many one-time-use SSR shields would you need to tank the attacks of a tenth stage boss monster?
Sure, there are many ways to explain the mismatching item rank, eg. maybe it’s not item power, but acquisation difficulty, maybe the monsters attack did have some peculiarities or maybe the shield had a flaw or a weak point.
But if the author doesn’t explain such things through the protagonists thoughts at all, for me it just seems like he didn’t even notice this discrepancy (or as other users will comment, it’s just wayyy to obvious to even talk about it).
I would have expected her unique set ssr equipment to hold up better.
This is the world of “everything is flimsy except your enemies”. Her shield and Lance breaking is almost plot armor for artificial tension.
I fumbled too man 
Annoying that the flying golden SUDDENLY had rapid fire. Bet it wasn’t even a 5 minute cool down overclocking skill. Just SUDDENTENSION!!!!! Bull$#!+ author
It’s like ‘I choose you, Automatic Defence Turret’ 
Uuuuuum, where mana gun? 
summons are a good compliment for his class ability
Those ssr shields seem to break so easily
idk why but all this summoning is very reminiscent of pokemon and yugioh

This is really great. It’s awesome to see the mc struggling and growing 
its a bit tiring when everything thrown at the mc is expected and easy for them. And the smug grins really piss me off
merchant scamed them. is she gonna use her dads weapons now?
