I had a feeling his sister might not be his biological sister with how much sister con and brother con going on. Don’t get me wrong I love their relationship. And the artist/author never dressed her in a sexy provocative way like other comics to make them uncomfortable together like that. Is she an abandoned or lost child picked up by his parents? 
This will be interesting if it is.
