I guess whoever wrote this didn’t want to research any actual appraisal methods? It seems lazy for all of these “high-quality, almost impossible to distinguish” counterfeits to have QR codes in them? And what do you mean 1% chance for the flaw to be discovered, an ordinary scan with any frequency would find that in a porcelain jar.
