I think I finally think I understand his ability, first he has the original to steal, but there is also the ability to have gain full control and just overall godhood over the skill he gains, so he can mix them split them or give them away he may also have the ability to just destroy them the only thing I’m assuming he can’t do is raise the strength maybe he can lower it and one last thing I think he may have the ability to duplicate, but I think that’s it (maybe they’ll bring up some BS like creation of new skills from no skills)

If we count out the flashback of previous chapter then the new chapter have like 2 pages to read and then the rest be also in next chapter.
