How convenient everyone mutated into monsters, but MC sister who was in a coma and shouldn’t be able to resist, who has been building up on the mutation material for so long time and was absolutely powerles to do anything about it is the only one who didn’t turn.
The whole scene was unnecessary and didn’t even contribute much to the plot, why bother with it?
