Simple, just live in a dungeon. Buy one like the B-class dungeon he went to. A place with tons of space, and can see the sky.

To talk about contract. Whats there to talk about when all was said and done already. Like they give blind eye to the guilds then why should they treat the mc any different ? Did they forget that the dude work in the association for 9 years or what ? Knows exactly how corrupt the world is
