He still have the recording of the Scavengers killing the guy outside the dungeon, and he confesed he was going to kill the mc, so his father attacking the “inocent” mc was a provocation and he attacked in self defense or something like that.

This was written in south korea, right? I was going to critique how this and other Korean stories have such over the top Eeeeeeeviiiiiiil bad guys that it’s ridiculous. But then I remember what the other half is that country is like, and their history, and can understand how much of their stories bend that way.
